For years, Carnival Cruise Traces’ president Bob Dickinson has stated that the cruise line would enterprise into Europe when the time was proper. The 12-day cruise will sail from Harwich Aug. 24 and name at Copenhagen, Wamemunde, Helsinki, St. Petersburg, Tallinn, and Amsterdam.
